Co-Founder of Fountain
Board-certified Urologist
Over the past 10 years, I’ve treated thousands of men for low testosterone and witnessed the profound effects it has on their lives. That’s why we started Fountain. We believe every man who may have Low T deserves access to a specialist for evaluation and education. With Fountain TRT, men with Low T can perform better everywhere it matters: at home, at work, and in the bedroom.
As men age, levels of testosterone gradually decrease. Up to 40%
of men over the age of 40 have abnormally low levels or “Low T.”
Increased body fat
Feeling fatigued
Losing sex drive
Erectile dysfunction
Decreased muscle mass
Feeling down
Trouble focusing
Lack of motivation
The symptoms of Low T appear slowly over time which causes many men to ignore them. They hope the issues will resolve all on their own. But the reality is men’s bodies simply won’t function at their best without restoring healthy testosterone levels.
The good news is you can choose
to take control of your health.
You can use Fountain TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy)
to raise your testosterone back to healthy, normal levels. It’s a
simple topical cream applied each morning, or injections applied periodically throughout the week.
Build and retain muscle more easily
Lose excess fat more easily
Improve sexual function and drive
Gain mental clarity & motivation
Have more energy
Feel happier
Gain confidence
Feel young again
With Fountain TRT, men with Low T can regain the feeling of youth. But most importantly, they can get back to what really matters: being the best husband, partner, father, or brother.
It’s Fast, Easy, & Online.
Take the Low T assessment to see if you have the symptoms. (Created by a board-certified Urologist.) Qualified men can get evaluated by a specialist.
Get a blood test at one of our partner labs to discover your exact testosterone level. A Fountain doctor reviews your lab report. You’ll get a message explaining your results.
Schedule a telehealth visit online with a Fountain doctor to discuss Fountain TRT. If you both agree it’s the right choice, a prescription is written and testosterone cream is delivered to your doorstep.
Every month, your Fountain testosterone treatment is delivered right to your door—discreetly.
It’s a topical cream applied each morning to your shoulder area. No needles, no hassle. Just press a button, and rub the cream on. It’s quick and easy. Many men feel results within just days of starting treatment. And for those who prefer injections, we still offer those with the same great convenience.
Over one million men in the United States are currently on some form of TRT. Unfortunately, the traditional process for getting diagnosed and treated can be incredibly difficult and filled with headaches. We believe Fountain TRT has some serious advantages.
Never step foot in a doctor’s office. Our video visits happen online via telehealth.
Work with doctors who specialize in men’s health and truly understand your symptoms.
Choose from topical cream that you apply to your shoulder area each morning, or periodic injections.
Fountain testosterone cream is automatically delivered to your doorstep every month. Let Fountain deal with the pharmacy for you.
Transparent pricing. One flat monthly fee. All-inclusive membership.
Drive to the doctor's office. Sit in a waiting room.
Speak to your physician who may not specialize in TRT or men’s health.
Testosterone injections are common. Many men are not comfortable with needles.
Go to the pharmacy and wait in line to fill your prescription. Somehow it never goes smoothly.
Insurance nightmares. High-cost deductibles, copays, and frequent denials.
There’s a reason over one million men in the United States are having their lives changed by TRT. It’s because they’ve chosen to take control of their health and restore their T Levels to start feeling better and fight back against aging. The most common thing we hear from men who start treatment is, “I wish I knew about this years ago.”

Do I need to go to my regular doctor first?
You don’t need a referral for Fountain. You can get started right now by taking the Low T assessment, and Fountain doctors will take it from there. Your Fountain doctor will be happy to update and communicate with your regular doctor at your request.
Where is Fountain available?
Fountain is currently operating in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. We will be expanding to other states in the near future.
When will I start feeling results?
While we can’t guarantee any specific results, most men start to experience improvements in symptoms within 3-6 weeks of starting treatment. Some men report improvements almost immediately, especially if their baseline T levels are very low. Your Fountain doctor will want to make sure your T levels and symptoms respond appropriately to treatment and will structure follow-up care to meet these goals.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time.
Am I guaranteed to be accepted to use Fountain?
At Fountain, we strongly believe that every man with symptoms related to Low T deserves to be evaluated and given the information necessary to take control of his own health. We also strongly believe that TRT is not the right choice for everyone.
The Low T Assessment is the first step in making this determination. The purpose of the Assessment is to make sure that you meet basic eligibility criteria. The criteria include confirmation that you have symptoms associated with Low T and a medical history that does not preclude TRT. If you qualify, based on your completed Assessment, you will be able to speak with one of our expert medical providers.
The trial period is designed to offer you a detailed evaluation by a Fountain doctor - a urologist who specializes in men’s health. Your doctor will order and review lab tests. If your lab results confirm that you’re a good candidate for TRT, we’ll make sure that you understand the risks and benefits. You will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to your doctor in a video visit. If you and your doctor make a shared decision that TRT is right for you and you want to try it, then an initial prescription will be written and your ongoing care will be optimized.
How does the telehealth consultation work?
Our goal is to make the TRT process as easy as possible for you at every point, and that includes your telehealth consultation. After your lab test, you’ll be able to view an online calendar and choose an appointment date and time with a click. You’ll then receive a link via email and/or text that you can easily add to your personal online calendar.
At the scheduled time, just click the link to enter a real time, two-way video visit (similar to Skype or FaceTime). Your link will be secure and unique to your visit - no special password is needed.
Who will I see for my appointments?
One of the reasons that men with Low T often go untreated is that there are few doctors who specialize in the condition. We want to remove barriers to access so you can be evaluated, and potentially treated, by a urologist with the right expertise and specialized training.
We know the profound, life-changing benefits that TRT can bring to men with Low T. We also know that taking control of your health is serious business. We will connect you with an expert Fountain provider who 1) truly understands your symptoms and concerns, 2) is completely comfortable answering all of your questions, 3) will educate you about potential risks and benefits of treatment options based on medical literature and significant prior experience working in the field, 4) will maintain ongoing communication and follow up visits to ensure that your ongoing treatment is safe and effective, and 5) be a good listener and pleasant for you to work with.

Is Fountain safe?
Every medicine has risks and benefits. We want to make sure that you completely understand all relevant risks and benefits for your particular situation. While TRT is generally safe for most men, there can be serious side effects related to its use.
The risks of treatment are summarized in the terms and conditions of use and you will discuss them with your Fountain doctor before any prescription is written. If you are prescribed TRT, the package insert sent with your medication will also include a review of the risks of treatment.
